Do we need to be fully vaccinated to come to Barn & co?

Yes every guest 16 years and over must be fully vaccinated with proof of vaccination

All guests are required to check-in with our covid marshals on arrival before taking a seat

Can we just pop in for drinks?

All tables must be booked online, we do not offer a walk-in option at this time

Can I just order from the a la carte menu if my group is 12 adult guests?

All groups over 10 are required to make their selection from a group package

My friends have lots of dietary requirements, can we order off the menu?

Our packages are designed to be simply adjusted for dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare in advance

I have booked an event, do you charge to hire out your easel, vases, cake stands, cake knives etc?

We do not charge a hire fee for use of any of our styling

We have a styling room above the restaurant you are welcome to borrow anything in there, when available, please ask us in advance so we can put aside for your group

Cake- can I BYO a cake to your restaurant?

Yes you are welcome to BYO a cake, please note, we have a very small amount of storage and may not be able to keep refrigerated.

If you would like us to present the cake to the table as a part of your celebration and would like to borrow one of our stands, please arrange this advance and chat to our staff on the day regarding the most suitable time.


If you wish to eat your BYO cake as dessert there are two options


  1. Our chefs, plate, garnish and serve @ $3.50p/p

  2. You self-serve the cake at the table and use our cake plates and cake forks

Please let us know which option will work best 


We can also re-pack your cake for you to enjoy at home

Can we stay longer than the standard 2 hours for a group booking?

Bookings may stay longer than standard allocated times, depending on package booked, if the table is not re-booked in the next sitting or by prior arrangement with management. We will always do our best to accommodate the preferred length of stay when possible

Some of our group booking packages do run for longer than 2 hours as a result bookings will be extended to allow for this.

Split bills

Ideally, we prefer one bill per table

If time permits, we will split your bill, but if we are too busy we may need to graciously decline

Kids menu

Yes we do have a kids menu available at all sittings


 Do you have highchairs?

Yes we have several, please add this to your booking notes and we will have it ready at your table.


Can we pop in for a wine tasting?

Sorry we don’t offer wine tastings, we are a restaurant on a winery and stock wines largely from the Mornington Peninsula.

We do not operate a cellar door but can recommend some fantastic cellar doors close by.


We are celebrating at your venue can we bring further styling?

Yes of course you can add to our styling to personalise your event, just let us know what you are thinking of and we will do our best to accommodate.


Wheelchair or walking frame friendly access?


Yes, we do have one ambient friendly bathroom

Cars may be driven close to the restaurant where we have a drop off area, for drop off or pick up as we have long gravel paths, this is the easiest access route



Where do I find group booking packages?


We will send our packages off and can do our best to customise if you have something in mind, just ask.


Can we book the restaurant or an area exclusively?

Yes, you can book inside, outside. Exclusive use or minimum spends apply for each sitting and vary for different seasons.

Any damages to the property or part there of, will and must be taken care of and paid in full by the host of event. The booking deposit may be used for this. 

Invoices may be issued post event.

Can we BYO to your restaurant?

No, we are a fully licensed winery restaurant and don’t allow any BYO alcohol
