How can I contact Barn and Co?

Although we don't have a landline, our dedicated team is available Thursday to Sunday during trading hours to promptly monitor and respond to emails. Please feel free to reach out to us via email, and we'll be delighted to assist you.


Barn and Co. Vouchers; 


All Barn and Co vouchers are now electronic, sent directly to your chosen email immediately upon purchase. Please visit the 'gift vouchers' section on our website's top menu to grab yours! Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and must be presented to our staff during payment to be accepted. 

Car Parking


We offer convenient parking, including designated disabled parking, both in front of the restaurant and at the rear of the Barn, To help maintain our beautiful surroundings, we kindly request that you refrain from parking on the grass areas. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly valued. 

Can I just order from the a la carte menu if my group is 12 adult guests?

All groups of over 9 adults are required to make their selection from a group package.

We offer delightful set menus and packages to ensure everyone enjoys a fantastic dining experience. Customized options are also available for groups exceeding 9 adults.

Cake- can I BYO a cake to your restaurant?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake, but please note we have a very small amount of storage and are not able to keep it refrigerated.

If you would like us to present the cake to the table as a part of your celebration and would like to borrow one of our stands, please arrange this in advance and chat to our staff on the day regarding the most suitable time.

If you wish to eat your BYO cake as a dessert there are two options;


  1. Our chefs can plate, garnish and serve at $3.50p/p

  2. You can self-serve the cake at the table and use our cake plates and cake forks

Please let us know prior to your booking which option will work best 

We can also re-pack your cake for you to enjoy at home

I have booked a function, do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we're here to accommodate your dietary needs. Our packages are flexible and designed to be simply adjusted for dietary requirements or allergies please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare in advance, and kindly remind us when ordering. 

I am eating A la carte, do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we're here to accommodate your dietary needs! Our menu has an extensive range of gluten friendly and vegan/ vegetarian options, and we will do our best to cater for all other allergies. Please let us know of any dietaries in the 'notes' section when booking, and kindly remind your waiter when ordering. 

Do you charge to hire out your easel, vases, cake stands, cake knives etc?

Great news – no hire fees! Feel free to borrow from our styling room above the restaurant. Just please ask in advance, and we'll set items aside for your group.

We are celebrating at your venue, can we bring further styling?

Of course, you have the freedom to add your personal touch to our styling to make your event truly special. Just let us know your thoughts, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please be mindful we maintain discretion to ensure that the items you bring align with the appropriateness and atmosphere of our venue. Your celebration will shine with your unique style!

Can we stay longer than the standard 2 hours for a group booking?

Depending on your package and table availability, you may stay longer than the standard 2-hour slot. We will always do our best to accommodate the preferred length of stay when possible. Some of our group booking packages do run for longer than 2 hours and as a result, bookings will be extended to allow for this.

Split bills

While we prefer one bill per table for efficiency, we can split bills when time allows. During busy times, it might not be possible, but we'll do our best to assist you graciously.

Kids menu

Yes, we have a kids menu available at all sittings for children 12 years and under 


Do you have high chairs?

Yes, we have several, please add this to your booking notes and we will have it ready at your table.


What are your kitchen hours?

Our kitchen is open from 11.30-3 pm on Thursday and Sunday, and 11:30am-4pm, 5pm-8:30pm on Friday and Saturday 


Can we pop in for a wine tasting?

Sorry, we don’t offer wine tastings, we are a restaurant on a winery and stock wines largely from the Mornington Peninsula.

We do not operate a cellar door but can recommend some fantastic cellar doors close by.


Wheelchair or walking-frame friendly access?


Yes, we do have one ambulant-friendly bathroom.

Cars may be driven close to the restaurant where we have a drop-off area, for drop-off or pick-up as we have long gravel paths, this is the easiest access route. Please specify in your booking if you would like us to pre-allocate an easily accessible table for you, and extra space for a wheelchair if applicable. 



Where do I find group booking packages?


We will send our packages off and do our best to customise them. If you have something in mind, just ask.


Can we book the restaurant or an area exclusively?

Yes, you can book inside and/or outside. Please be mindful that minimum numbers or minimum spends may apply for each sitting and vary for different seasons.

In the unfortunate event of any damages to our property, the host of the event is responsible for covering the costs in full. Your booking deposit may be utilized for this purpose, and invoices for damages may be issued post-event.

Can we BYO to your restaurant?

We are a fully licensed winery restaurant and, therefore, cannot permit the bringing of your own alcohol. We do however offer an extensive selection of wines, beers and cocktails to enhance your dining experience.
